Schedule:
- 7 on, 7 off or 14 shifts/month
- Ongoing during permanent recruitment
Practice Setting:
- 98-bed, level III trauma facility
- Avg daily census is 43 ppd across 2 MDs and 2 APPs
- 10-14 ppd for individual providers (winter census will increase)
- Open ICU
- No procedural support
Cases and Procedures:
- Admits and rounding
- All procedures required as there is no procedural support
- Central lines, vent management, and intubations, etc.
Travel and Accommodations:
- Flight, Rental car, mileage, and lodging
