As an Engineering Manager at TeachFX, you'll be a key leader of our company as we scale, and you'll help define TeachFX's engineering culture. You'll build the systems that will support our growth, and will take ownership of projects from inception to completion.

We are a deeply mission-driven company, working hard to develop tech that revolutionizes teacher professional learning -- and we're looking for an Engineering Manager who wants to use their skills to power our mission.

Responsibilities:

Leadership: Play a key role in engineering and product strategy, priorities, and culture.
Recruitment: Grow our engineering team, developing a best-in-class hiring process that attracts talented and mission-aligned engineers.
Strategy & Planning: Collaborate closely with our CTO and Head of Product to set the roadmap and scope projects.
Implementation: Define and manage day-to-day engineering tasks and team responsibilities. Roll up your sleeves and jump into the codebase to provide guidance, support, and an extra pair of hands.
Process: Work with the team to set our engineering velocity and culture, ensuring both speed and quality.
Culture: Develop a team culture that our engineers love being a part of.

Our tech stack: We use React, React Native, Django, Postgres and GraphQL. In addition, we use Airflow, Vertex AI, Docker, Expo, BigQuery, Data Studio, and other Google Cloud Platform services.
