We are a venture backed pre-product start-up that is obsessed by finding a better way to engage with existing customers using advanced data, predictive analytics, machine learning, and reactive multi-channel sequences.

Our goal is to use the latest technology to revolutionise customer engagement and upsell in a beatifull, product first tool that anyone can use.

We are currently a small horizonal team of 3 with a lot of experience. We have a CTO driving product and developement, and two other Co-Founders driving fundraising, marketing, and operations.

We have an established MVP release deadline in June - a preliminary roadmap to get there and a lot of great ideas of how we can move the product past that.

We have a prequalified waitlist of customers - and ambitions to be the biggest tool of our kind - that is simply better then whats on the market today - and will help the most ammount of buisnesses possible.

*Who we are looking for - *

We are looking for and entrepreneurial full-stack developer with relevant experince and knowledge of Ruby, React/JS, and LLM's.

You will have at least 2+ years of experience with relevant codebases and products .

You love programming, and comming up with unique solutions to complex problems. You are product driven - and are excited to build the best possible tool that can make an impact.

What you will do -

You will become an integral part of the founding team. You will work with the CTO to shape and execute the product development roadmap - and come up with unique ideas on how we can improve the tool - and build the best and most advanced tool with the simplest interface.

You will have the chance to impact all other elements of the company - and will have exposure to the entire buisness.

Where is it based

The role can initially be remote, but we intend to establish an office soon. We are looking for somenone who coudl be open to moving to join the team as we scale - and grow with the company - very soon managing their own teams

*How you will be compensated - *

We are a pre revenue startup - so compensation will likely change as soon as we start generating revenue.

We will provide a base sallary and equity that will evolve with the profitability of the buisness.

Our plan is to do a first release of the product, instnatly generate revenue and then raise a second VC round in Q2 2025 between 1m and 2m to fuel growth.
