Job Summary:

Assist manufacturing engineering, operations, R&D, and Process Development by translating designs into fixtures and prototypes, refining designs for optimal quality, and manufacturing precision three-dimensional representations of concepts. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and technicians.

  • Set up and operate various machine tools to fabricate fixtures, tooling, and parts.
  • Provide troubleshooting and resolution of development and production issues.
  • Interpret blueprints, suggest alternate production methods, and verify conformance to specifications.
  • Maintain compliance with quality requirements and keep accurate records.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a tool build environment
  • Associate's degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Mastercam software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Solidworks
  • Basic skills in MS Office and Outlook
