We carry over one million industrial, material handling and business products that are sold through our website, corporate sales people and full color catalogs.

We are constantly increasing our product offerings to meet the diverse and changing needs of our customers. Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions, government agencies and consumers across North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to identify learning solutions that empower sales to generate revenue.
  • Facilitate coaching sessions that educate on selling process, methodology, and call quality.
  • Assist in the development of competency driven, role based programs.
  • Assist in planning and executing sales training events and meetings.
  • Prepare training and instructional guides that help sellers generate revenue including managing New Hire Onboarding.
  • Communicate new programs and resources to business leaders and reps.
  • Report on the effectiveness of sales training and programming.
  • Manage the training "catalog" on Sales Place to ensure timely, relevant, updated content.
  • Ensure that all Sales Place resources are current and accessible by our sales organization.
  • Capture feedback from our "customers" sellers and sales leaders and recommend/create programming
