Monday - Friday

HOURS:
6:30 am - 3:00 pm

WAGES:
$17.13 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for performing custodial functions at District Schools & Facilities.



PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:


  • Perform CustodiaL Tasks and Projects as Directed. Duties include mopping, sweeping, dumping trash, cleaning glass and bathrooms, set-up and clean-up for special events, vacuuming and changing light bulbs where assigned.
  • Other Duties as Assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, LICENSE, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES):

Required:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license; restrictions preventing the operation of district equipment are not allowed
  • Able to follow verbal and written direction
  • Ability to perform routine computer functions, including the use of email, Internet navigation and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Prompt, regular and reliable attendance
  • Communicates with students, parents, co-workers, supervisors, and the community in a positive and responsive way that is consistently welcoming and enhances effective work relationships.
  • Demonstrates an appreciation of diversity in all interactions and job functions.
