Broadcom is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic marketing operations contractor to join as a Marketing Operations Campaign Manager. Reporting to our Director of Campaign Operations within Broadcom Software, you will handle campaign operations and email strategy for our Broadcom Software Group Partner marketing team. The role involves continuously optimizing, evaluating, and enhancing the performance of these assets. This position offers an opportunity to drive initiatives related to our marketing programs, essential for our long-term growth strategy.

You will collaborate with the Partner Marketing team and the extended marketing operations team to measure marketing activities, build analytics and reporting processes, and establish repeatable procedures for generating data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts. A crucial aspect of this role is to maintain and optimize data structures to ensure reliable data for deriving business intelligence to drive decision-making within the Partner marketing group.

Your Impact:

  • Become the expert in partner audience data to support the Partner marketing team's campaign strategy and production
  • Lead the development of partner team campaigns, emails, landing pages, workflows, and targeted lists, providing guidance on best practices
  • Manage outbound renewal reminder emails for commercial business customers for Arrow (Europe), TD Synnex (Americas), Carahsoft (NA Public Sector)
  • Set up and manage commercial segment end user campaigns provided by Aggregator 2.0 partners
  • Send commercial end user tech support update emails on behalf of strategic partners
  • Oversee Partner customer contact database and facilitate partner team with division partner contact management and list pulls
  • Maintain a strong partnership with stakeholders and execute processes efficiently
  • Collaborate closely with the partner team to craft effective emails and analyze them for optimization
  • Maintain Partner database segments and operational workflows while prioritizing and streamlining campaign build requests
  • Manage workload in Asana and maintain tasks up-to-date to ensure a seamless handover between stakeholders

Skills You'll Bring:

  • 8+ years of marketing operations experience with at least 5 years of hands-on campaign operations
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools for creating campaigns, landing pages, emails, segments, and workflows
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with project stakeholders
  • Understanding of CSS/HTML, cross-browser and platform issues, and responsive design best practices
  • Analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills, basic understanding of UTMs and digital KPI measurement, exposure to Tableau, or similar tools
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
  • Strong project management and process improvement capabilities
  • Expertise in managing projects across regionally distributed teams and effective timeline management with stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating with external creative agencies
  • Data-driven marketer with a high level of analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills, showing self-initiative
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, open to learning and collaborating in a B2B environment, preferably in IT/technology marketing
  • Experience working globally with teams located worldwide
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
