Job Snapshot
As a Virtual Retail Sales Coach, your role is to coach, motivate, and inspire your team members to surpass performance expectations. You'll lead a group of Mobile Experts to provide exceptional service to customers, guiding them in sales skills, customer interactions, and execution. Your leadership should showcase strong interpersonal skills, effective time management, and the ability to multitask effortlessly. Adaptability to change, maintaining a positive attitude towards sales and service are key characteristics we're looking for. Your mission: develop your team of Mobile Experts to achieve their career and organizational goals. This means building strong relationships, making informed decisions, driving success through actions, and delivering results.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Exceed team and individual sales goals by offering positive feedback, coaching, and support to Mobile Experts.
- Utilize metrics wisely to drive team performance and build lasting customer relationships with a business-oriented approach.
- Provide career development opportunities for Mobile Experts, actively engage in their professional growth, and be a reliable resource for them.
- Lead and inspire performance and employee retention through effective use of recognition, coaching, and training tools.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Work Experience: 2-4 years Sales management experience of a team of 5+ members
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Business Acumen: Competency in strategic thinking and results focus
    • Sales Management: Accountable for team performance to sales expectations.
    • Change Leadership: Competency in change, innovation, and inspirational leadership
    • Customer-Oriented: Strong customer focus and orientation
    • Developing Talent: Continuous coaching and development of sales staff

Licenses and Certifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
