In this role as Fiscal Technician, you will provide dedicated administrative support to the Dean's Team and all CLA departments. The role requires a strong focus on fiscal and technological skills, organization, communication, and great attention to detail. The position is crucial in providing fiscal in-person support to our growing college. In this position, you will work closely with the CLA Dean's Team and all of our academic departments and programs to ensure the success of CLA.

To thrive in this fast-paced environment you will need to be organized, self-motivated, and work well under deadline. Excellent customer service and communication skills both oral and written are essential. We promote a friendly, upbeat work environment with a focus on service. Basic knowledge of accounting systems with ability to analyze expenditure and revenue data and the ability to perform technical accounting functions and cost projections will be indispensable in this role.

Minimum Qualifications:

2 years professional fiscal experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Position Details:

This is a full-time, non-exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and full employee benefits package . UA provides a generous compensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental and vision care coverage. New hires will be placed on the UA staff salary schedule , Grade 78, based on education and experience.
