Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY DELIVERABLES:
This position entails 1) provide programming and analytic support for Real World Data (RWD), 2) provide programming and analytic support for clinical studies.RWD:Provides programming and statistical support to organize and prepare large RWD for analysisProvides analytic support for RWD to generate healthcare insights, including statistical and AI/ML techniquesClinical:Provides programming and statistical support to the planning, implementation, and maintenance of clinical data collection and analysis, statistical result reporting, and quality control for Santen clinical trials.Performs exploratory statistical programming and analysis to meet the needs for planning and clarifying purposes.Works closely with other SAS programmers and Study Statistician to create SDTM and ADaM specifications and datasets.Works closely with clinicians and Study Statistician to execute Statistical Analysis Plans (SAP).Provide programming and statistical supports for Global Medical Affairs group for publications and presentations. Qualifications Core competencies, education, and experience.BS degree or biostatistics or related field.Experience with medical claims datasets and/or electronic health record datasets is preferred.Pharmaceutical or related industry experience such as with clinical trials is preferred.Understanding of clinical trial data and hands-on reporting and analysis of clinical trial data preferred.Strong SAS programming skills required and strong R/Python skills preferred.Basic knowledge of Electronic Data Capture system and CDISC standards including SDTM and ADaM preferred.Ability to work and successfully execute in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple prioritiesExcellent verbal, written, and organizational skills. Additional Information This is a long-term months) contractor role (W-2).The pay rate for this position is $60-78 per hour depending on experience.
