Are you an EXPERIENCED Senior Technical Sourcer with a talent for identifying top-notch Executive professionals? Do you excel in creative sourcing strategies and data-driven decision-making? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to support our esteemed client, through our ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions team. This is a W2 6-month contract role requiring the candidate to work in the EST time zone.

Job Description:

As a Senior Technical Sourcer supporting our client, you will be an integral part of our Talent Solutions team. You will collaborate closely with our client and leverage your expertise to identify top Executives using creative sourcing strategies. Your ability to present data-driven insights and think outside the box will be instrumental in building a robust talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with teams to understand talent requirements and strategic goals.

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent.

Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, professional networks, job boards, and market research.

Analyze market trends and present data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Engage with candidates, conduct initial assessments, and provide a positive candidate experience.

Collaborate with hiring managers to present qualified candidates and facilitate the interview process.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.

Qualifications:

5 years of proven experience as a Senior Executive Sourcer

Strong data analysis skills with the ability to provide market insights.

Creative thinker with a passion for using unconventional sourcing methods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Sourcing experience with major tech companies highly desired

Experience with the Canadian market

Organization: Talent Solutions RPO
Salary: $70/hr.
Incentive (if applicable): Not Incentive Eligible
