Job Title: Sr. HCM / HRIS Implementation Project Manager
Location: Hybrid onsite- Milwaukee, WI - Must by HYBRID ONSITE 3 DAYS PER WEEK. No exceptions.
Duration: 1-2 years

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors or Workday HCM / HRIS implementation projects from initiation & pre-planning for system integrator & product selection to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors or Workday HCM HRIS solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business stakeholders, to drive project success.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Microsoft Project or similar tools.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and functional teams to address project issues and risks.
- Interface with boundary systems, both functionally and technically, to ensure smooth integration with SAP systems.
- Utilize SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodology to plan, execute, and deliver SAP SuccessFactors HCM HRIS or Workday HCM HRIS projects effectively.
- Demonstrate executive presence and effectively communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors HCM / HRIS Project Management or Workday HCM / HRIS Project Management experience, with a focus on project management and implementation. Not a technical role, no direct reports. Project / Program Manager role. Pre-Planning thru go-live.
- Broad HCM or HRIS expertise across multiple functional areas, with functional knowledge in 2-3 specific modules.
- Proven project management experience, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Familiarity with boundary system interfacing, both functional and technical aspects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodology and its application to projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
