Key Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Provide skilled nursing care/services according to prescribed orders on each assignment.
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members, documenting actual and potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
Current LPN license in the state of Florida.
Valid TB test or Chest X-Ray.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
At least one year of prior LPN experience, preferably in pediatrics.
