Job Description

We are looking for someone to lead the Immunology market access marketing strategy for Rheumatology and Dermatology. This role involves collaborating with different teams, removing obstacles, and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide leadership for Marketing vision and strategies in the Immunology portfolio.
  • Influence stakeholders and partners, setting priorities for the business.
  • Support and develop direct reports through coaching and feedback.
  • Implement and monitor projects effectively, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Stay informed about market trends and customer needs to make informed decisions.
  • Develop and adjust business plans to achieve objectives and growth.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • Market Access experience required.
  • Proven marketing experience required.
  • Positive, solutions-oriented attitude required.
  • Cross-functional experiences valued.
  • Immunology experience preferred but not required.
