Role Overview:

As our Product Marketer you will play a pivotal role in bridging our product team and our customers, crafting compelling messages and strategies that highlight our product's unique value propositions. Your work will directly influence the product's success in the market, driving awareness, adoption, and customer loyalty. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and execution skills, along with a deep understanding of the e-commerce and SaaS landscapes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning for our product, translating complex technical details into benefits that resonate with our target audience.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, leveraging insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the product team to gain a deep understanding of the product features and roadmap, ensuring marketing strategies align with product capabilities and direction.
  • Create and manage a variety of content (e.g., blog posts, case studies, product videos, website copy) that educates and engages our target audience.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns, from concept through to analysis, including digital marketing, events, and sales enablement materials.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives against ROI and KPI goals, using data to drive future marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Serve as an evangelist for our product, representing the company at industry events, in customer meetings, and through social media channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS or e-commerce technology sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and clear messaging for a variety of audiences.
  • Deep understanding of the e-commerce market, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Experience conducting market research and using data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for driving growth through innovative marketing strategies.
