CONVERSIONS MATERIAL HANDLER
DuPont's Electronics & Industrial division has an opportunity for an experienced Conversions Material Handler at our Newark-Bellevue, Delaware location.

Our products serve the semiconductor, advanced chip packaging, circuit board, electronic and industrial finishing, photovoltaic, display, and digital and flexographic printing industries.

We have a opening on each of the following shifts:
Days – 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Nights – 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Your key responsibilities include:


Operate independently under limited supervision to ensure proper flow of raw materials and finished products along with excellent inventory accounting while adhering to all safety requirements.


Utilize strong attention to detail and computer skills to electronically maintain an accurate production records and inventory of all parts in the plant.

Set-up process orders and issue material based on schedule priority.

Maintain physical inventory of raw materials and finished parts.

Complete cycle counts of inventory and utilize troubleshooting skills to understand and correct errors.

Operate PIT equipment.

Execute actions related to containment and disposition on non-conforming material.

Perform first line troubleshooting for equipment malfunctions and computer program issues, involving other experts as needed.

Function as the SAP expert for the shift team. Utilizing SAP knowledge to troubleshoot and correct SAP errors in process order set up.

Communicate status of material and follow-up on any discrepancies with appropriate parties.

Your qualification profile:
High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

Minimum 3 years of CMPT manufacturing or other relevant experience required.

Strong Safety and Quality focus is required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and SAP required

Attention to detail is critical

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills needed

Safe Work Permit and IOES trained resource desired

The ability to work effectively in a team environment is critical

Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (PIT equipment)

Ability to frequently lift 15 to 20 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
