We're a remote workplace (with optional in-office days). We have offices in Boston, Nashville, New York, Vancouver, WA, Washington, DC and London.
Responsibilities:

  • Create and enforce project schedules and budgets; confidently communicate with team and clients when schedule or budget adjustments are necessary.
  • Act as a communication hub for project team, partners, vendors, and clients.
  • Set and manage expectations for the team and client.
  • Adept at setting and managing client and team expectations in relation to project deliverables, scopes, budgets, timelines
  • Ability to lead client meetings and provide concise feedback and next steps post-meeting both internally and externally
  • Set up and maintain projects using software tools such as Kantata.
  • Ensure the quality of the information/communication.
  • Coordinate approvals and finalization process for timely, error free work.
  • Adept at problem solving and/or knowing who to go to for help.
  • Manage multiple projects and make day-to-day decisions to ensure their success.
  • Supportive of team, collaborative
  • Ability to use agency systems and follow established processes and workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a project manager in an agency setting or comparable is helpful.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management.
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Knowledge of resource management software and project management tools. Proficiency with Kantata is highly valued.

Anticipated Salary: $70,000 to $80,000
Commensurate with experience and depending upon the workplace location.
