As a Spa Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for spa guests, providing them with an unparalleled level of service.

You will manage spa bookings, assist guests with their inquiries, and ensure that every guest has a seamless and luxurious spa experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome spa guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
Manage spa reservations, including scheduling and confirming appointments.
Compose and send emails to guest, members and clients via Microsoft Office Suite and Spa Soft.
Provide detailed information about spa services, treatments, and products.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, treatments, and special requests.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth transition.
Process payments accurately and handle any billing inquiries.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area.
Monitor inventory levels of spa products and notify management of any shortages.
Collaborate with spa therapists and management to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations.
Promote and upsell spa services, packages, and retail products.
Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or concierge role, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using reservation and booking systems.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in hospitality or spa management is a plus.
