Description:

Position Overview: This position serves as a Program Analyst responsible for supporting program management and analysis for various initiatives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engage in both independent and collaborative projects aimed at program improvement and conducting rigorous analysis.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide support for program implementation and evaluation.
  • Conduct research relevant to program objectives and initiatives.
  • Assist in managing internal and external projects, initiatives, policies, and processes related to program operations.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, addressing inquiries promptly and providing updates on program status.
  • Maintain records to document program activities and evaluations in accordance with organizational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and address program issues, proposing solutions as needed.
  • Support the successful implementation of various programs and initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Contribute to performance reporting, surveys, and special projects related to program management.
  • Undertake additional activities as required to support departmental objectives.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience in program management principles and practices.
  • Experience providing program analysis and evaluation.
  • Experience managing, analyzing, and reporting on financial data and conducting analysis with evidence-based public sector investments data.
  • Experience working with public policy, public finance, program evaluation, or data governance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) and data analysis and business intelligence software, for example Salesforce, MicroStrategy, PowerBI, or similar software.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team while learning, adapting, and promoting use of technological tools while navigating competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines governing program operations.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Strong Writing skills a must.
Requirements:
  • US Citizenship Required.
  • Public Trust Required.
  • Bachelors in Public Policy, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Must be COVID vaccinated.
