Summary

You will serve as an OFFICE AUOMATION ASSISTANT in the BUREAU OF MEDICINE AND SURGERY (BUMED) of NMRTC LEMOORE CA.

This announcement uses the Expansion of Direct Hire Authority Personnel of the Department of Defense to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to certain positions in the competitive service.



Duties
  • You will be responsible for the accurate timely preparation and distribution of various field level reports.
  • You will provide administrative support functions for the department, prepare patient records in accordance with current guidelines and HIPPA regulations.
  • You will review medical surveillance recommendations, to ensure guidance provided to customer commands and Occupational Medicine is accurate, easy to understand, and actionable.
  • You will provide customer service to departments, Safety offices and officers, and customer commands throughout the Area of Responsibility (AOR) of Northern California and Northern Nevada.
  • You will compose routine correspondence specifically requested by the supervisor, and in accordance with guidance provided by the supervisor and Department of Administration (DFA).
