Misión del puesto: Apegado a la filosofía, políticas, procedimientos y estándares de calidad trazados por Meliá Hotels International, define y planifica las estrategias de Ventas, Mercadeo, Satisfacción de Socios hospedados en el site y la Operación general de un país, garantizando la productividad, cumplimento de objetivos, el desarrollo de los equipos, así como el servicio y cumplimiento de la promesa al socio.

Asimismo, es responsable del desarrollo de nuevos mercados, segmentos y ocupación a través de los distintos canales asegurando el rendimiento, eficiencia, y estándares de servicio estableciendo la relación con los diferentes departamentos del club y la responsabilidad de comunicación directa con la operación hotelera.

¿Qué tendrás que hacer?

Define y Planifica estrategias comerciales, operativas y de servicio orientadas a la consecución de los objetivos marcados por la direccion general, apoyándose en las areas directivas del negocio y las diferentes unidades organizacionales involucradas del club y hotel. Dirigir las actividades requeridas por la organización, comunicar la visión de la empresa, establecer metas y objetivos a corto, medio y largo plazo con el propósito del crecimiento y éxito sostenible de departamento, así como garantizar la consecución de resultados. Diseñar y planificar las estrategias operativas dirigidas a logros de los objetivos. Dirigir y supervisar a los líderes ejecutivos y equipos de gestión para garantizar la implementación y desarrollo de las estrategias y planes de acción manteniendo una comunicación activa con los gerentes de Ventas, Mercadeo, Members Relations y otros departamentos afines, estableciendo las prioridades necesarias para el logro de los objetivos marcados y que la empresa opere de manera eficiente y efectiva. Analizar el mercado y la competencia, monitoreando el entorno, realizando análisis de mercado e identificando oportunidades y amenazas.

¿Qué buscamos?

Licenciatura en administración de empresa, licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales, Licenciado en Mercadeo , Maestria en gestión Organizacional, Otros grados asociados. Inglés (2do. Idioma)otros idiomas serán valorados: Portugués, Frances y Ruso. Formación en Gestión de equipo de alto rendimiento Formación en liderazgo y Coach Dominio del Paquete Microsoft Office Formación Finanzas para no Financieros Análisis estadísticos Gestion de Negocios 4 años en puesto similar
