DUTIES:
Teach Math subjects to middle school students. Develop and implement lesson plans and instructional materials. Evaluate student learning and communicates progress to students, parents, and other stakeholders. Work collaboratively with a team to plan instruction. Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning.

School Site Principal

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Arizona Elementary K8 Certificate with Middle Grades Math Approved Area OR
• Arizona Secondary 612 Certificate with Math Approved Area OR
• Arizona Subject Matter Expert Certificate 612 with Math Approved Area
• Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

FTE:
Varies. Typical Teacher FTE 1.0, 7.5 hours per day.

WORK CALENDAR:
9.5 months – 207 days (212 days for new to district teachers)

New to District, Math teachers are considered Hard to Fill and are eligible for a one-time $5000 hiring stipend, stipend is paid in two installments at the end of each semester.

Pro-rated for employees who work less than 1.0FTE/207 days
