Description:

Summary:

Responsible for identifying, evaluating, analyzing, and recommending changes in support of assigned applications / systems, including ongoing production maintenance and troubleshooting. Supports the planning, design, development, build and/or configuration of supported applications / systems; leads and/or coordinates conversions, application / system testing and documentation of system procedures; participates and provides input in training design and development and assists in training execution related to assigned projects; provides go-live support, and serves as primary point of contact for on-going production maintenance/support and troubleshooting. Serves as Team Leader or Project Manager for medium to large sized projects.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and configure the Infor Cloud Suite Finance system to meet business requirements.

·Customize and maintain the system's financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Assets Management, Close and Reconciliation management, Expense Management, Grant Management, Project Invoicing, Project Ledger, Treasury Management

·Maintain integration with downstream applications using Clinical Bridge, Mobile app, Document express, Document Self-service, process flows, Coleman skills, Infor document management and other reporting tools

·Maintain and update financial master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the system.

·Monitor data quality, perform data validation, and resolve any discrepancies.

·Develop and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to support data integration and reporting needs.

·Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing system-related issues and inquiries.
