Description:

-Responsible for taking inbound calls and emails from third party companies regarding heavy equipment and truck sales, purchasing, and returns.
-Most of the day they will handle inbound calls to schedule and dispatch drop-off and pickups of the heavy equipment and trucks while coordinating sales, returns, and further information on the company.
-Using ERP system (ASAP) to track parts, orders, and shipments and to gather STOP numbers for customers purchasing the equipment online
-Filling, Faxing, Scanning, and uploading photos of the equipment and trucks. Photos can come in from all over the country too.
-Help with various office projects and assignments

4. ERP software
