Job Description You will serve as the Executive Assistant to the Sensor and Electronics Solutions Business Area. You will be the primary Point of Contact (POC) for the office and provide administrative support by performing a variety of complex and routine administrative duties in compliance with written and oral guidance and policies.

Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating all travel arrangements, ensuring seamless travel for our team. Your attention to detail will ensure every trip is a success
  • Meeting Management: Keep our meetings running like clockwork by preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all participants are well-prepared and engaged
  • Hands-On Assistance: Be the Director's right-hand person, managing emails and communications with finesse and professionalism
  • Relationship Building: Interact with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and representing our organization with integrity and professionalism
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • High School Diploma with 5 years of professional working experience
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Prior experience providing administrative support to senior leader
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external staff members, and the ability to work independently and take a proactive role
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks according to senior staff requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • A true team player who maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic environment
  • High energy, enthusiasm, tact, ability to interact effectively with senior executives from government and industry as well as internal BAE Executives
  • Ability to create and foster a cooperative work environment
  • Self-directed, detail oriented in completing assigned tasks, able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage impact of shifting priorities
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Associates Degree
  • Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint, Concur, Coupa
Min Salary $43,110 - Max $68,940

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $68940

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
