Significant management experience in fine dining restaurant operations is required for this position. Two years of management experience in fine dining restaurant operations is required for this position. What the job looks like:
    The General Manager is a leader before anything else. They are someone who inspires and motivates their team. They challenge their team and reward them as well. Responsibilities of the General Manager include overseeing the day-to-day front of house operations, assisting in staff training and education, and looking everyday at our current operations and seeing how we can work smarter, cleaner, faster, more precise, and at a higher level. The General Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations and Aaron Silverman.
