Experience Required:

15+ years of overall experience

5+ years of leadership experience

Prior experience building and managing a team of engineers and developers

Ensure successful delivery of a large portfolio of initiatives using SAFe (scaled agile framework)

Experience taking part in discussions with product management, IRM business operations, sales / pre-sales teams and direct customer-facing meetings.

Experience with ECM, IDP, or document management systems

Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services (GCP, AWS, and Azure)

Strong Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and Design

Familiarity with Low-code / No-code platform engineering

Familiarity with SaaS platform engineering

Familiarity with BPM Solutions

The position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders in product management, IT, marketing, finance, and sales teams

Essential Job Functions:

Ability to build, maintain, and lead a team of senior software engineers and architects to create solutions for new and existing product features requirements and customer solutions.

Built platform components by identifying the market and client needs.

Tactical implementation of platform and increase adoption of platform by spearheading solution design and collaborative rollouts.

Work directly with customers and/or product management to understand application and cloud architectural requirements, which include functional, security, integration, and performance requirements.

Identify risks, assumptions, and mitigation strategies associated with the different elements of solution design and architecture.

Provide input into project implementation plans.

Assist in troubleshooting major issues encountered with the implementations and/or newly developed product features.

Utilize design thinking methodologies and processes to facilitate development of solution design and architecture.

Coach and mentor Insight engineering team members.

Work with Insight product management and other Insight team members on existing features and future roadmap items.

Participate/Lead design and solution discussions with various Iron Mountain partner vendors.

Stay current on various Cloud, AI/ML, Content Services, RPA, and BPM practices/technologies.

Analyzes and resolves issues; Escalates issues to senior management when required.

Support and promote Iron Mountain core values.

Responsibility and Authority:

Oversight of design and delivery of effective solutions for InSight customers.

Liaison with Solution team to bring effective solution to customers in a timely manner

Responsible for the transition of the implemented features to account management and L3 support.

Responsible for guiding the InSight technical implementation team on end-to-end solutions.

Responsible for identifying, resolving, and when necessary, escalating any issues that may be impeding the success of the project.

Responsible for team management, including setting goals, evaluating performance, and building a strong talent pool.

Functional Knowledge

Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical background and understanding of enterprise solutions including networking, storage, hardware, and software layers.

Strong understanding of Cloud Technologies and solutions (GCP or AWS or Azure)

Strong understanding of Machine Learning and AI techniques, including usage of cognitive services and open source models.

Working knowledge of Agile frameworks

Strong understanding of Electronic Content Management Systems and Business Process Management Systems.

Proficient in 5 or more of the following technologies/languages

Python

Java

SQL

BPMN

REST APIs

JSON/XML

Kubernetes

Computer Vision / NLP

Strong research, analytical, and problem solving skills

Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize issues in a complex environment.

Ability to participate and contribute in discussions related to ML/AI, ECM, BPM with various industry leading vendors.

Architecture certification (e.g. TOGAF, ZACHMAN) is a plus

Education:

Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related field required

MBA is a plus
