E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a highly motivated Change Management Specialist to be a full-time employee in Chantilly, VA to join our innovative and customer solutions focused team.

The Change Management Specialist shall be responsible for supporting the creation and implementation of change management, communication, and training strategies that maximize user adoption of technology products.

In this role you will be responsible for leading and/or supporting activities including but not limited to:
change management, stakeholder analysis, communications management, end user outreach, workshops, surveys, marketing, and training support.

Specific Duties Include:
Support and/or lead effective communication efforts to engage stakeholders (ex: developing marketing materials and writing communication pieces)

Support and/or lead the development and implementation of change management strategies that minimize user resistance to adopting technology applications and maximize user engagement.

Support and/or lead the design and delivery of engaging user education programs (ex: trainings) and user outreach activities (ex: workshops and roadshows)

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in change management, communication, product marketing, training, or a related field.
Understanding of change management and communications principles, methodologies, and tools.
Experience creating and delivering Power Point presentations.
Active Top Secret security clearance.

Bonus points if you have:
Change management and communication experience within a technology-focused organization.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization software (Power BI or Tableau).
Change management certification (e.g., CCMP, Prosci, or Kotter).
