The business operations team falls within the oversight of the Chief Operating Officer. This position is a non-supervisory position.

Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to)Collect, organize, report, and analyze business data to identify areas of concern and provide insights and recommendations to managementAnalyze and evaluate business processes, design improvements, and implement solutions that increase efficiency, quality, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
