The specialist contributes to organizational success by ensuring the company's daily operations and processes run efficiently and effectively and in alignment with business needs and objectives. The business operations team falls within the oversight of the Chief Operating Officer. This position is a non-supervisory position.

Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to)Collect, organize, report, and analyze business data to identify areas of concern and provide insights and recommendations to managementAnalyze and evaluate business processes, design improvements, and implement solutions that increase efficiency, quality, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
