Production Specialist

An Established Automation Machinery Manufacturing firm are looking for a Production Test Technician

The firm is a leading designer and manufacturer of tailored inline process spectrometers (UV-VIS-NIR, LIBS and Raman) across a wide spectrum of major industries and contract manufacturer for photonics devices in the life sciences, medical devices, and lab analyzer instrumentation space.

The Production Test Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing, inspection, and analysis.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

Technical school degree or associate in electrical engineering or related field.

Knowledge of handling optics, electronics, and mechanical parts.

Experience in Medical field in quality control or testing is preferred.

Ability to read and follow test instructions for OEM products.

Ability to use hand tools for assembly and soldering irons.

Required Skills:

Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications.

Testing and Analysis: Perform a variety of tests and analyses using specialized equipment and tools to assess product quality, including dimensional measurements, material composition, and functional testing.

Data Recording: Accurately record and maintain detailed records of inspection and test results.

Compensation: Up to 60k Base + Discretionary Bonus + Full Benefits.
