About the Position: The mission of the CCAD is to overhaul, repair, modify, retrofit, test and modernize helicopters, engines and components for all services and foreign military customers. We provide worldwide on-site maintenance services, aircraft crash analysis, lubricating oil analysis, chemical, metallurgical and training support.



Duties
  • Perform moderate repairs to electrical panels, stand-by generators, air conditioning systems, air compressors, boilers, and transformers.
  • Perform minor repairs of plumbing facilities such as replacing faucets, hose connections, lawn irrigation devices, drains, pipe, water heaters, steam regulating valves, steam traps and miscellaneous fixtures.
  • Assist higher graded employees in installing, constructing, repairing or modifying items and structures such as panels, bins, concrete forms, dry walls, shelves, framework, doors, finished paneling, interior and exterior trim.
  • Diagnose proper metering device operation, sequence of operation, proper heat transfer and air flow issues.
