Duties
  • You will serve as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for PMS 377's support services contracts and provide technical input and advice to the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO).
  • You will monitor contract performance and execution, including submission of timely monthly reports and Tripwire assessments.
  • You will provide oversight of contractor performance and contract execution to ensure financial and technical compliance with the contract terms and conditions.
  • You will document Contractor performance on an annual basis, at a minimum, and submits an annual assessment in the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting Systems (CPARS).
  • You will review contractor invoices and validates that all charges are allowable, allocable, and reasonable.
  • You will evaluate overall professional support contract execution and related costs to ensure that product deliveries and funding profiles match mission and program requirements.

    • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
    • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
    • You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.

      Qualifications

      Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band/grade, NH-03 (GS-13), in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing program data to allocate funds or resources for contracting activities or services.

      Additional information

      This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-04 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15. This position has a control point; thus the salary range may be capped at GS-15, step 05, which is equivalent to $185,824. If you're current salary is above this amount, your salary may be matched.

      This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
