AWS is seeking a skilled and experienced marketing manager for the AWS Industry Marketing Team.

The marketing manager will support executive customer programs within the team and will lead the cross-industry integration, operational transformation, and internal business communication.

This position requires an understanding of enterprise (B2B) marketing principles, event marketing, project management skills, and a proven track record of success in activating multichannel marketing programs.

The successful candidate will work across geographies and time zones, with an ability to compile, analyze, synthesize, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns, program, and initiatives to improve overall performance.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute internal and external marketing activities including executive customer events
  • Develop field marketing enablement collateral to support marketing initiatives.
  • Manage internal communication channels and collaborate with cross-functional and cross-industry leads to create collateral.
  • Assist in delivering cross-functional and cross-industry marketing enablement programs, including creating collateral for marketing and sales.
  • Assist in program management and execution of events, campaigns, digital initiatives, messaging, and brand activities, working closely with program leads. Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of professional noninternship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience building, executing and scaling crossfunctional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.

The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
