A wealth management firm that specializes in providing personalized investment advice and financial planning services. The firm caters primarily to high-net-worth individuals, families, and select institutional investors.

Description

  • Serve as the liaison with building management and vendors for all facilities-related activities.
  • Communicate and coordinate with branch offices.
  • Oversee office renovations, construction, moves, and changes.
  • Manage inventory, purchase, and stock consumables such as office, pantry, and stationery supplies.
  • Process vendor invoices, maintain vendor files, and handle certificate of liability insurance documentation.
  • Handle record retention and storage.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment including copiers, printers, binding/production equipment, and peripheral devices for desktop computers.
  • Ensure the upkeep and appearance of conference rooms, copy rooms, and pantries.
  • Set up new hires with office space, computer equipment, phone, electronic access card, door key, and supplies.
  • Maintain and replenish postal machine.
  • Provide receptionist coverage as needed.

Profile

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in internet research for consumable purchases.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., use a ladder, and handle hand-held tools.

Job Offer

  • Temporary assignment going until January 2025.
  • Benefits are offered day one through Aetna (health, vision, and dental).
  • Commuter benefits are available day one.
