The Sr Website Manager will lead user experience strategy, design, and development for This role is expected to lead the design vision, strategies, and execution of

We are looking for someone with experience in all aspects of user experience from setting the vision, to creating user flow and journey maps, to designing high-end prototypes, as well as experience directing and supporting web production.

You will need to efficiently execute on business priorities and designs in a fast paced environment with competing priorities, while also adding valuable front-end perspective to the implementation of UX and UI designs. You will report to the Sr Director Digital Activation

Responsibilities:

  • Build a best-in-class User Experience on
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to grow organic traffic, improve time on site, bounce rate, and session duration. Ensure that inbound traffic to our website converts into leads and contributes to pipeline.
  • Lead a 3 person global team that is responsible for quickly updating content globally on on a daily basis.
  • Sets the scope and timeline for website projects, including creating deadlines and action items for every project team member.
  • Provide front-end development for digital demand programs including website pages, conversion-focused landing pages, digital advertising units, and site personalization and optimization efforts
  • Make UI/UX ideas into prototypes, establish outstanding interactions from designs, construct reusable content modules and ensure code maintainability.
  • Translate UI/UX design mock-ups to actual code bridging the gap between design and technical implementation.
  • Creation of user flows, annotated wireframes, and clickable prototypes.
  • Develop start-to-finish responsive web assets for complex interactive HTML layouts with new and established CSS principles and attributes
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI and UX designs
  • Optimize code for maximum speed and scalability
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Qualification:

  • 8+ years of front-end development experience, including marketing websites, landing pages, and content management system (CMS) integration
  • Proven experience in web strategy, web management, and digital marketing, including technical oversight and impact analysis.
  • Experience as a team lead or manager of a web team
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager
  • Strong understanding of web analytics, A/B testing, and user experience principles.
  • Excellent proficiency with modern web markup, including HTML and CSS
  • Good understanding of optimization best practices, SEO principles, and adherence
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud image editing tools; ability crop, resize, slice, manipulate and optimize vector and bitmap images for the web
  • Familiarity with best practices of web design, including cross-browser issues with ability to troubleshoot and resolve bugs quickly
  • Excellent time management and written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, rapidly changing environment
  • Willingness to learn and master new technologies and tools
