Job Summary:


As a Speech Language Pathologist with us, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.

You will collaborate closely with patients and their families to develop tailored therapy plans that address their unique needs and promote optimal communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapy sessions to improve communication abilities.
  • Administer swallowing evaluations and implement appropriate interventions for patients with swallowing difficulties.
  • Document patient progress accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies for continued progress.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse healthcare environments.
