What you'll be doing:
At EPIC iO, we are currently seeking a Resell Partner Manager - Cradlepoint to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales initiatives in the wireless networking sectors. Additionally, you will manage and develop key partnerships to drive business growth, collaborating closely with Cradlepoint to identify market opportunities, create a partner driven pipeline, develop joint strategies, and ensure the successful execution of programs and projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sales Initiative Leadership: Lead and oversee sales strategies and activities in the connectivity sectors.
- Strategic Alliance Management: Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key Cradlepoint partners and future named partners, to drive business growth and maximize market opportunities.
- Collaboration with External Partners: Work closely with Cradlepoint as an external partner to identify market opportunities, develop joint strategies, and execute successful programs and projects.
- Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies, leveraging market knowledge and trends to drive business growth and expansion.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions in agreements with the partner and clients, ensuring the maximization of value for all involved parties.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze and monitor the performance of sales initiatives and partner relationships, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize results.
- Internal Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and services, to align strategies and maximize the impact of Cradlepoint and future partner initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or partner management, preferably with Cradlepoint technologies or in the connectivity sector
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Hubspot and/or Salesforce CRM software.
