The Role:

Yubico is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Channel Manager to join our team. The Channel Manager will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our network of resellers and distribution partners in Latin America. This individual will leverage their expertise in strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth for our partners while fostering strong relationships and collaboration.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with resellers and distribution partners in Latin America, serving as the primary point of contact for all channel-related activities.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic initiatives in collaboration with partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Driving Qualified Deal Registration Opportunities: Collaborate with partners to identify and qualify potential sales opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate deal registration. Work closely with partners to support deal registration processes and provide guidance on positioning Yubico's solutions effectively to maximize success. Regularly track and monitor deal registration activity to ensure alignment with revenue objectives and partner engagement goals.
  • Channel Development: Continuously evaluate and onboard new resellers and distribution partners to expand Yubico's market presence and reach.
  • Training and Enablement: Provide training and support to partners on Yubico's products, solutions, and go-to-market strategies to ensure effective representation and positioning in the market.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor partner performance and track key metrics to assess the effectiveness of channel programs and initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to align channel strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Travel is expected to be 30-40%

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in channel management, partner relations, or business development within the technology industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives with resellers and distribution partners
  • Strong understanding of channel dynamics, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Preference for Spanish proficiency due to the focus on the Latin American market
