Role: Sr. GoLang Developer

Experience: 6+ years of experience

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of technical projects using GoLang, WebSockets, and Restful APIs, Windows OS knowledge.
  • Perform and coordinate the design, coding, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and collaborate with multi-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure that all software solutions meet performance, security, and scalability standards.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency to standard methodologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, as well as develop and maintain user documentation for all projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the best tools and practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies and ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to management.
Must Have Skills
  • Possess strong expertise in GoLang, Web sockets, and Restful APIs.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Active participation in all agile ceremonies, especially refinements and standups
  • Participate in design, implementation and support of a new application build-out, including well-written API documentation
  • Drive various forms of testing - regression, unit, load, etc.
  • Technologies: Golang, Windows OS, Familiarity with Web sockets / Restful APIs
Nice to have skills
  • Experience with payment devices is a great plus.
  • Experience in Store Operations.
