The Headlines:
In the role of eCommerce Supervisor - Milwaukee working in Milwaukee, WI you oversee all eCommerce operations for our legacy Miller brands such as Miller Lite, Miller High Life, Hamm’s, Miller Brewing Company and more. You and your team will be responsible for designing, sourcing and delivering a broad range of direct-to-consumer (DTC) merchandise as a complement to each brand’s vision and strategy year-over-year. A successful supervisor will grow and manage the eCommerce Team in Milwaukee to ensure they have proper training and execution of MCBC performance management initiatives, Shopify Web/POS software, general warehouse operations and core customer service protocols. The eCommerce Supervisor will work directly and collaboratively with various brand teams and their agencies on brand acts, key brand promotions and core merchandise lineups.
This position reports to the Guest Relations Manager – Milwaukee, has 4+ direct reports and works closely with the Guest Relations leadership team, the Miller Family of Brands marketing team, IT Operations and various other internal and external stakeholders.
The Responsibilities:
- Most importantly, you will lead a team of 4+ talented colleagues and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations.
- You will recruit, onboard and manage all eCommerce Team members to deliver a timely and accurate “right the first time” ecommerce experience DTC.
- You will serve as the primary lead for ideation, merchandise sourcing, digital operations direction and execution of brand acts and core merch launches.
- You will be responsible for operations within the ecommerce warehouse including, but not limited to, planning, ordering and receiving as well order processing and shipping consistent with site stated operations policies.
