This role is responsible for managing the work executed by the high-end internal retouching team and the video editing team on the digital and social campaigns and brand initiatives produced by the Content Production team. Strong interpersonal skills required as this role is front facing with cross functional partners from the Creative and Marketing teams. Ability to adhere to and understand the Sephora aesthetic, creative guidelines, and to incorporate creative feedback into the work product is essential. Responsibilities include:

• Ensures all stakeholders are aligned throughout projects and that all assets are delivered on schedule
• Track estimates and billing on all post production projects
• Traffic work between photography, creative, marketing, production and the post production team
• Knowledge of print production management:
• Knowledge of file management, delivery specs and formatting for both stills and video
• Experience producing high-end beauty post production projects
• Facilitate post production execution on fast paced timelines with high volume of complex deliverables
• Identify and resolve production problems with ingenuity and a contagious "can-do" attitude
• Support the Sr Post Production Manager on multiple complex and overlapping projects internally and with external vendors (scoping, timelines, bidding, awarding, pre-
• pro, workload assessment, etc.)
• Ability to pivot as projects evolve to continually problem solve to ensure projects are delivered on budget
• Attends Post KOs and creative feedback meetings
• Ability to provide expertise and guidance in Pre Production to ensure projects are captured correctly so post production is seamless and smooth

• 3+ years of Post Production experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of production and post production process
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and meet very tight deadlines
• Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented; time management skills, ability to juggle priorities
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• BA or BFA preferred
• Should be comfortable working under pressure in a fluid environment where new projects pop up daily
• Strong relationship-building skills; ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines
