Join Our Team as a Faculty Member in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Jefferson Einstein Philadelphia is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time faculty member in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Division of General Obstetrics and Gynecology. The Division caters to the OB and GYN needs of Northern Philadelphia.
The selected physician will provide comprehensive OBGYN services to patients at Jefferson Einstein Philadelphia Hospital and its inpatient and outpatient facilities.
Services include, but are not limited to:
- Consultations
- OB Care
- GYN Surgeries
- Participating in medical students' and residents' education
- Engaging in Quality Improvement and Research Projects
*Academic ranks are determined by Thomas Jefferson University/Sidney Kimmel College of Medicine based on specific criteria.
Requirements:
- ACGME OB/Gyn Residency Graduation
- Board-eligible or Board Certified by the American Board of OBGYN
- Ability to obtain Medical Licensure in Pennsylvania
The ideal candidate should have exceptional clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with other healthcare providers and support staff.
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology consists of 18 full-time physicians, including 4 MFM physicians and 7 APCs, which includes 2 MFM nurse practitioners. Additionally, the department has dedicated administrative and clinical support staff, and it supports a team of 20 residents.
