Position Overview:
This role focuses on Primary Care and Geriatric services, providing essential healthcare to an elderly patient demographic.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with geriatric populations.

  • Background in collaborative healthcare environments.
  • Experience in outpatient primary care.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
