We combine a sophisticated media buying platform with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience.

Named one of the Hottest Ad Tech Companies by Business Insider, and Best Places to Work by Inc. Magazine for the third consecutive year, our team includes founders and leaders from Google, Microsoft, Stripe, Shazam and Facebook. We are growing rapidly as we accelerate our mission to automate the complex landscape of managing and measuring television advertising. We have a long-term goal to make marketing on TV available to businesses of any size.

  • You like the sound of foundationally impacting design culture at Tatari and setting the example of what great design looks like.

What you'll do:

  • Let empathy be a guiding principle from the starting discovery phase of the project, through to finished deliverables, creating usable/focused designs representing an innovative perspective and application of best practices.

  • Rationalize UX solutions with data, improve designs through user feedback, and thoughtfully question the status quo.
  • Understand technical functionality and constraints and iterate to meaningful solutions within those constraints.
  • Collaborate with the Design team to influence, expand, and improve the Tatari Design Culture.

Who you are:

  • 8+ years of experience designing digital products and user interfaces.
  • Ability to convert extremely complex, raw information and translate it to be digestible in an intuitive interface (bonus points if you have experience with data visualization, B2B).
  • Extensive experience conducting ux research, sharing insights to stakeholders, and applying user feedback to the Product Design lifecycle.
  • Expert level design execution skills, including interface, interaction, visual design.
  • Strict attention to detail in terms of layout and a strong sense of hierarchy.
  • Keen sense of empathy and user-centered design.
  • Advanced knowledge of Figma as a design tool and the ability to teach others.

  • Demonstrates deep critical thinking, clear communication, and embraces collaboration and knows how to both deliver and receive feedback.
  • Open to mentoring other product design team members on your areas of expertise.
  • Curious about new tools and technologies and drive experiences to be seamless, modern, and trend setting.

Application Requirements:

  • UX/Product design portfolio or case studies (minimum of 2) demonstrating unique perspective and contribution to products that have shipped, with successful outcomes.
  • A resume that demonstrates the skills and expertise listed above.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $155-180K

  • Annual mental health awareness app reimbursement
  • FSA and commuter benefits
  • Monthly Company Wellness Day Off (During WFH)
  • Hybrid RTO: 2 flex days a week in 2024. Likely increasing to 3 after, but no more than that. THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION
