The selected individual will be responsible for prescribing, coordinating, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team members and following the nursing process and OTP standards of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Dispensing Methadone and other medication as per physician orders and clinic policy
  • Recording patient information accurately in the patient record
  • Conducting brief assessments of patient's mental and physical well-being
  • Participating in UDS surveillance
  • Coordinating medication reviews and staffing with agency physicians
  • Completing controlled substance inventories
  • Conducting patient education programs
  • Participating in treatment team meetings
