Global Repo/Credit Middle Office Lead

My client is is looking for a Global Repo Credit Middle Office Lead that will ideally be based in New York, that will be managing a global team.
Description:
Managing a team of 8-10 people across New York, London and Singapore/Hong Kong - they will likely be reporting into Global MO Head - will be in place to lead on the Repo/Flow Credit business from a middle office perspective and face off to the trading desks across the global locations.
Need to have strong knowledge of repo and ideally credit markets - repo is more important as the bank has lost a lot of it's repo knowledge/experience but retained it's credit knowledge - but both would be ideal. Also need to have strong experience in managing teams - minimum team size would be 5 and if someone wants a step up from managing local teams to managng a global team, this would be the right step for them.
Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle from trade capture to settlement is a must as well
