Skills & Requirements:
Advanced degree, MDExperience leading all aspects of clinical trialsPharma, clinical trial /R&D experienceRare disease experience, pediatric and or hepatology experience in clinical development preferredSolution- and results-oriented, with a sense of urgency.Experience in in-depth clinical data review and interpretation The Medical Director responsibilities will be:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical trials.Ensure clinical trial protocols meet scientific and regulatory requirements.Oversee patient recruitment, data collection, and safety monitoring during trials.Provide medical expertise to study teams, investigators, and site staff.Review and interpret clinical trial data, including safety and efficacy endpoints.Engage with regulatory agencies during clinical development.Prepare and submit clinical trial applications and other regulatory documents.Contribute to the overall clinical development strategy for the company's pipeline products.Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in relevant therapeutic areas.Present clinical trial results at scientific conferences and meetings.Depending on expertise level, lead a team of clinical professionals.
