Key Responsibilities

Our Night Auditor isn't just about crunching numbers - it's about ensuring that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently, and enhancing our guest experience. Here's a sneak peek into your daily responsibilities:

Auditing, balancing, and reporting on all food and beverage outlets' cash and credit operations.
Ensuring front desk operations are accurate and verifying proper cash handling procedures.
Preparing and reporting room information, providing a performance overview for rooms management.
Compiling statistics and income journal sheets for daily report preparation.
Balancing and closing all bank ticket codes, daily.
Running the night audit, verifying all revenues are in balance.
Stepping into the shoes of a Front Desk Clerk, as needed.
Additional DutiesAssisting the Night Manager/Audit Supervisor as needed.
Helping out with wake-up calls, if required.
Filling in for other roles, as requested.
Who We're Looking For Preferably, you'll have a college-level education or equivalent experience, and an accounting background.
