As a Distribution Center Specialist at Sephora, you will perform a variety of operational office and clerical duties to ensure the smooth running of the distribution center. You will be responsible for waveplanning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, paperwork management, and generating departmental reports based on your assigned department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow company standard operating procedures to maintain work integrity and production output.
  • Train floor associates on departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
  • Respond proactively to direction from the leadership team.
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
  • Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or similar applications.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution center preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, sit, lift, and walk for the duration of the shift.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Working Conditions:
  • Varying temperature and humidity levels in office and warehouse settings.
