SUMMARY OF JOB: The Client Service Coordinator drives the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizes productivity, ensures good communication, and coordinates care in a welcoming and efficient manner, encouraging clients to return and refer others.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
